So, sometimes I get super stressed out and I deal with it in the worst of ways. I stress eat. A lot. I also withdraw into myself. My default mode is being comfortably alone but during periods of high stress, I confine myself to solitude almost as a punishment. Maybe punishment for letting things get this bad? I dunno.

So, I’ve decided I’m going to deal with stress better. I’m going to be more organized. I’m going to take more time for myself and self-care. Because if I don’t take care of myself, no one else is gonna do it for me. Right? I’m going to wear more linen capris (so comfy!) and indulge more in of-the-moment trends like this off-the-shoulder crop that I built this entire look around (it’s probably my most favorite recent purchase and I’m always looking for an excuse to wear it).
Any tips on how I can better manage my stress level?
